We fully stand behind the products we sell. Therefore, all of our products are covered by a one year warranty because, sometimes, things can happen and they should be fixed to ensure you will be able to use your jewelry for a lifetime!
We will gladly replace missing stones. (Except solitaires or main stones, the cost is not covered by the warranty)
We will gladly resize a ring that is too small or too large, FREE of charge.
Please note that full eternity rings cannot be re-sized so easily because the stones are set all the way around the band. However, we offer a 30 day return policy, so if you purchased an incorrect size you can simply send it back for an exchange or a refund!
As you continue wearing your jewelry, natural oils and hand lotions may cause the metal to seem dull. Professionally cleaning your jewelry as needed will restore its original shine. We will gladly clean your jewelry as needed.
This warranty covers manufacturer's defects, but excludes: lost stones; lost or stolen parts, or loss of the jewelry in its entirety; damages due to personal misuse or negligence; general wear and tear such as scratches, and dents; fading or chipping (which depends almost entirely on how the product is handled by the user)' damages caused by misuse; tampering with the product; failure to follow the care and special handling provisions in the instructions (if included); and water damage. Repair performed by someone other than Albert Hern will void this warranty policy. Shipping charges are not included and are responsibility of the consumer.
Albert Hern Jewelry reserves the right to reject any returns that do not comply with the conditions stated above.
